Communication is the key to any successful wedding or event. I would say, on the average, it takes 10 to 15 different vendors to make any wedding or event a success. No one vendor is more important than the other.
The Ellis Ranch Event Center & Wedding Park host on the average 100 weddings and events per year. With that said we can tell before the wedding day how smoothe the day will run.
When you have all vendors realizing communication is the key to any wedding or event the day will run like a well-oiled machine.
The best way any vendor can make their business a success is to communicate with the wedding or event day with the other vendors for that wedding or event.
When we do our two final walk-thru with our brides and corporate planners we ask who their other vendors are. At this time we can tell how our day will run just by knowing the vendors that will be involved.
Take time and remember communication is the key, don’t wait until the day of the wedding to get to know the venue or other vendors you will be working with.
