For 60 years, Ellis Ranch Event Center and Wedding Park, a family-owned and operated business, has hosted a variety of events and provided venues for the public. Ellis’s legacy started in 1963 as an all-purpose horse training and boarding facility. Through the years, the ranch has evolved into an event center, hosting a wide range of events. Currently, we are best known for hosting weddings and celebrations.

The Event Center- Hosting a larger wedding? The event center has a 450-person capacity. It is a beautiful rustic barn-style venue that is perfect for weddings where you want all the family and friends there. The Event Center’s outdoor wedding park is absolutely gorgeous and has a backdrop of the beautiful hillside and a canopy of mature trees, both of which are perfect for photos after the ceremony. Inside, there is more room than you can imagine, making it perfect for the wedding of your dreams. The massive bar is not only beautiful but can accommodate up to three bartenders, ensuring your guests spend more time dancing than in line. The dance floor is perfect for parties that want to party, with a raised stage for the DJ. All your guests will dance the night away at your wedding to remember. We also have two full-size wagons in the building, that are perfect for the guestbook and gift “table” and the cake-cutting table backdrop. These go great with our decor add-on options as well. The Carriage House- The Carriage House will sweep you off your feet and is a perfect site for smaller, more intimate weddings and wedding receptions. With a capacity for up to 100 people, you’ll be blown away by the stunning view while dining “al fresco”. The carriage house features a wedding gazebo and beautiful rustic wood benches. The guests see a view of gorgeous trees and stunning mountainsides. After the ceremony, guests gather on the huge deck under a canopy of mature trees and lights for cocktails. Dinner is served in the pavilion area, and on our beautiful Colorado days, guests can dine outside. If the temperature gets a little chilly in the evening, the side walls come down and you and your guests are inside and feeling nice and toasty. First dances are hashtag-worthy on the deck and the charming outdoor bar is a true guest favorite.
